WHAT IS FLUTTER/O-PEP?

Flutter/O-PEP is a device that uses a mouthpiece and has a steel ball inside. The device creates variable pressure as the person breaths out and the steel ball inside oscillates (or vibrates),  creating the vibrations in the airways.

The flutter/O-PEP needs to be held at the right angle to create enough pressure and flow to allow the ball to vibrate/move.
